Can I cancel anytime?

Our contract period is one month. You can cancel your
subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be
billed for any additional months. Service will continue until the end
of the subscription period you have already paid for.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can switch between Free and Pro plans at any time. When upgrading
to Pro, you'll get immediate access to all Pro features including up to 25
metrics and a 1-on-1 onboarding call. If you downgrade, you'll keep access
to your first 5 metrics.

We offer community support for our Free plan users. Pro plan customers
get dedicated email support at

and a 30-minute 1:1 onboarding call to help you get started.

means that we are subject to the strict data protection laws of the

What payment methods do you accept?

We use a payment provider called FastSpring to process payments and
provide you with invoices. FastSpring accepts all major credit cards -
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover - as well as PayPal.

How do I get an invoice?

Every month, when we charge your credit card, we send
you an invoice via email. The email includes a link to a
PDF version of the invoice. You can also download invoices
from your account dashboard.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see on each plan is what
you pay, with no additional costs. Depending on your location, you may
have to pay VAT or sales tax.
